Lisa Terry has decorated Bolo Cakery with vibrant colours, paintings and plants so that customers feel the same joy when they’re choosing a cake as she does when she’s making them. Despite being away from the public eye, the back kitchen, where Terry spends much of her time, is no different. Neon green walls surround five fridges, rainbow spatulas and all the other equipment the baking team of two require to create their artful cakes.
